In accordance with Circular No. (16) of 2025 issued by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, which is attached to this email, the Ministry has designated Tuesday, November 4, 2025, as an online learning day. Accordingly, no academic or administrative staff will be present on campus on that day.
- The following procedures will apply:
- The regular bell schedule will be followed.
- Classes will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
- The regular attendance policy will be applied. Tardies and absences will be recorded according to school policy.
- Please ensure your child is ready for online learning by having:
- A device connected to a stable internet connection
- A quiet learning space
- All students must wear the school uniform during the virtual sessions.
- After-school extracurricular activities will not take place on this day. A make-up session will be scheduled later as needed.
Finally, teachers will share further details and reminders regarding online learning arrangements and related guidelines with students during class.
