We are excited to invite you to our first Parent-Teacher Conferences for the academic year 2026-2027, a special opportunity to connect, share insights, and celebrate your child’s progress.

The conferences will take place following the schedule below:
• Wednesday Oct 14, 2026, from 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm

You will have the chance to meet your child’s teachers, as well as the academics Team and the IT support team.

We also encourage students to join their parents to be part of these valuable conversations about their learning journey.

Dismissal: Students will follow the regular schedule and will be dismissed at 2:15 p.m.

Kindly note that there will be no WIN sessions during the mentioned date.

We look forward to seeing you and working together to support our students’ growth.

Please be informed that the MAP Growth Assessments for students in Grades 5–10 will take place on Sunday, September 27, 2026, and Monday, September 28, 2026.

Please note the following:
• School hours: The regular school schedule will remain unchanged.
• Devices: Students must bring their fully charged iPads on both testing days.

MAP Growth Assessments provide valuable information about each student’s academic achievement and progress. Teachers use the results to adapt instruction, establish learning goals, and provide targeted support based on individual student needs.

To help your child perform at their best, please ensure that they get a good night’s sleep and have a healthy breakfast before coming to school.

Please note that attendance is mandatory, and all students are required to complete the assessments. Any absence during the testing days will be recorded as unexcused.

We are pleased to announce that the “What I Need” (WIN) After-School Program will officially begin Sunday September 13, 2026 from 2:20 pm till 2:50 pm.

This program is designed to provide targeted support and enrichment opportunities to help students achieve academic success and personal growth.

Our dedicated teachers have carefully identified students who would benefit most from this program and will be sending personalized invitations directly to their families.

If your child receives an invitation, it reflects our teachers’ belief that they would gain from this additional support.

If you would like to enroll your child in the WIN Program, even if you do not receive an official email, please do not hesitate to reach out directly to the subject teacher.

We are confident that the WIN Program will make a positive impact on your child’s learning journey, and we look forward to working closely with you to support their success.

📌 We kindly remind you to pick up your child on time at the end of each WIN session to ensure a smooth dismissal process.

All of us at the International School for Medical Science and Engineering (ISME) are excited to welcome our students back on Sunday, August 30, 2026, and we cannot wait to see them on campus!

Key Reminders for the First Day:
• First Day of School Hours: On Sunday, August 30, school hours will be from 6:55 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. The regular bell schedule will be shared with you on the same day.
• Mobile Phone Policy: ISME is a no mobile phone zone. Students bringing phones must turn them in upon arrival at the designated area in the Assembly Hall. Any phones not turned in and seen on campus during school hours will be confiscated in accordance with school policy.
• Uniform Services: Uniform services will be available on campus starting August 25, 2026 from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Should there be any changes to these hours, we will notify you immediately.
• Meet and Greet: We are excited to invite you to our Meet and Greet to reconnect, meet our staff, and celebrate the start of another exciting year:
