We are excited to announce that throughout the month of May, ISME will be participating in World Mental Health Awareness Month. This month is designed to promote the importance of mental well-being, build coping skills, encourage kindness, and strengthen our school community.

Throughout the month we will feature simple activities and discussions about self-care and mental health awareness.

    Students will:
  • Participate in short activities during homeroom or lunch breaks.
  • Learn tools for managing stress and promoting emotional well-being.
  • Celebrate kindness, gratitude, and connection with others.
  • Reflect on ways to practice self-care.
How you can support at home:
  • Talk with your child about what they are learning during the week.
  • Encourage them to share acts of kindness or mindfulness activities they enjoyed.
  • Remind them that it’s always okay to ask for help when they need it.

We are proud to foster a school culture that emphasizes the importance of mental health and emotional growth alongside academic success.
